As a gymnast and yogi I have over 20 years extensive teaching experience, my specialty lies in inspirational and fun teaching techniques for all ages and abilities. If you are stuck on a move or pose I am your man. After founding Tekne Gymnastics London, I wanted to extend the Tekne idea to healthy living on the beautiful island of Ibiza. With Tekne Fitness Retreats Ibiza, I invite you to come play and monkey about in my unique training space.
I am your in-house chef and gardener at Casa Tekne. Food is is the foundation for a healthy lifestyle. It should be fresh, flavourful and satisfying. I know what is growing in our garden as I grew it from seed. During your stay at Casa Tekne, I will pick the vegetables just when ready to be lovingly prepared for your meals.
I am a Personal Trainer with nearly a decades experience in the Health and Fitness industry. My passion for training and thirst for knowledge has led me to travel internationally to learn from the best. This approach to strive forward to research credible health and fitness information allows me to constantly expand my understanding. I specialise in fat loss, strength and conditioning, corrective exercise and lifestyle coaching. It will be a great pleasure to share my insights with you.
My passion is to help people achieve their fitness goals. I am experienced with motivating those new to fitness, and helping those who have been working out for years and need to change up your routine, as well as those who are somewhere in between. I look at the individual as a whole. I will create fun and motivating workouts that will include strength, cardio, agility, and flexibility on your fitness journey. What are you waiting for?
I am amazed to have been practicing yoga for over 22 years. I love everything yoga: the gentlest Restoratives to quiet Hatha to sweaty, bendy, bhakti-blast music filled Vinyasa flows. My intention as a teacher is to offer you dynamic, alignment-based and soulful classes steeped in yoga philosophy that encourage meaningful connections to ourselves and each other.
I am a passionate chef, specialised in health retreat cooking with a broad range of experience across the catering industry. I love creating nourishing, healthy food full of flavour. I like my dishes with a flair for the visual and to be a treat for all the senses. I particularly enjoy cooking dishes from around the world, adding my own little twist. Cooking is a very creative and enjoyable process for me, from choosing produce to creating menus tailored to each occasion.
